Hospitals, Retirement, Hospitality, Hotels, Nursing Homes, and the Corporate sectors.

Elko Interiors is recognised throughout the Australian furniture industry for our timber framed chairs,
and of our conscious effort in minimising our impact on the environment
we predominately use plantation grown Australian hardwoods.

Proudly employing local furniture craftsman in our large West Australian purpose built commercial furniture production facility, we can turn designs into concepts and then into reality. From inception to completion our streamlined manufacturing process provides accurate delivery dates and total quality control of all furniture from our O’Connor complex.

* All our Victorian Ash timber chairs are manufactured from Plantation Grown Select Grade Kiln Dried
Victorian Ash timber, sourced from the hills of Victoria by the Neville Smith Group of companies,
who maintain and manage the forest minimising wastage and maximising the end use of the lumber felled.

* Chair frames are constructed with state of the art manufacturing process; mortise and tenon joints
are used to ensure the structural performance exceed your expectations.

* The integration of design and quality manufacturing processes means the Elko product is well suited for
heavy use and high traffic areas in commercial, hospitality and institutional applications.

* Internal Integrity of some selected designs is a combination type construction using solid Australian hardwood,
plywood and softwood, shaped and moulded by Australian Craftsman.

* All Show Wood timber is polished with 3 coats of lacquer, in between each coat the frame is sanded to attain
a smooth natural lustre. When colour stain application is required, we use a fade resistant,
turps based stain that is hand applied, and allowed to impregnate down into the timber grain.
This process gives a lasting colour, as well as enhancing the timber grain.

* The frames are overlaid with superior high density Australian made foams for long term comfort and resilience.

* Seating - The cushion support system is Black Cat webbing, which is fitted to an independent MDF seat plate.
This webbing is Italian and comes with a 10-year warranty.
