The original purchaser of furniture built by Elko Interiors is protected against
defective workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of delivery.

We will replace or repair defective furniture covered by this warranty provided the customer notifies Elko Interiors within 30 days of the discovery of a defect and promptly returns the affected furniture as directed by Elko Interiors.

No deductions for repairs in field will be allowed without specific written authorisation.
This warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse, nor does it apply
if unauthorised repairs are attempted by the purchaser or by anyone other than authorised Elko Interiors employees.

In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the defective furniture.

Elko Interiors does not warrant the quality or durability of upholstery material whether supplied by Elko Interiors or the customer, as in the case of customer's own material (COM). Such materials are subject to
warranty offered by the supplier or manufacturer of those materials.

This warranty replaces all other warranties expressed or implied, and we neither assume nor authorise
any person to assume for us any other obligation of liability in connection with our furniture.

No salesperson or representative has the authority to change or alter any provisions of this warranty.
